Lack of guest Wi-Fi!!! Some rooms had significant heating inconsistencies, making it uncomfortable on colder nights. Plus, you must drive to find decent dining options nearby!!! Dining within walking distance would be a vast improvement.

Perfect for a Couple's Getaway

Mandy made us feel at home right away and even drove us to a nearby restaurant when it started pouring rain. The breakfast was amazing, I mean real heavenly stuff with fresh fruits and smoothies, felt like royalty.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but that’s alright by me.

We had an incredible stay with such a homely vibe. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the lovely gardens offered a perfect retreat after our day trips. The bed was heavenly, ensuring a great night's sleep.

The food was an absolute delight, featuring delicious breakfast options that showed off local flavors. We enjoyed exploring the charming grounds filled with peacocks and wildlife—what a quirky touch! The Super King Room was spacious and beautifully furnished, making for a dreamy stay.

We did face a slight chill on our first night due to heating being off, but it was cozy after that. The shower temp was a tad tricky to balance, but nothing to lose sleep over.

Some minor quirks need attention, like the absence of fresh milk in the room fridge, which would be an easy enhancement to the amenities. The breakfast presentation could improve. arriving with drinks in a mug rather than a teapot feels more like a roadside diner than a quality establishment. An occasional chill in the room was noted on a first night, with heating not consistent enough to figure it out comfortably.

Jimmy was a gem! His breakfast spread was like a gourmet buffet – so many options to please every palate. The fluffy towels were delightful too!

We had a lovely stay! Just a tad disappointed there was no WiFi to download my daily gossip—my bad for not asking, I suppose!

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the cozy residents' lounge with a log fire and delicious breakfast every morning! There's plenty of space to relax. The garden view from our room was an extra treat. 🌼

Comfortable room, lovely gardens, excellent breakfast choices, with the added benefit of being an adults-only retreat providing a relaxed atmosphere and free parking conveniently located near historical attractions.

Utterly satisfied

our stay at broomhouse farmhouse was wonderful! the superior king room was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the well-maintained gardens. the large common room with an open fire and board games felt like home. breakfast was cooked to perfection, especially the fresh fruit salad. enjoyed the sports massage service too!
